Ms Narelle Braunack
Narelle graduated with a Bachelor of Science with a major in Ecology and Conservation Biology in 2012. She has a passion for animals and animal training which led her to pursue a career in the animal industry and complete a Certificate II in Animal Studies and a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (RVN registered). She is undertaking research and post-graduate study in animal behaviour.
After working at local animal shelters, Narelle joined the UQ Clinical Studies Centre as an Animal Attendant in 2014 where she worked closely with like-minded staff to train and care for animals and teach animal behaviour and safe handling techniques to veterinary technology and veterinary science students.
Narelle joined the Small Animal Hospital to learn and grow in a client oriented environment. She is strongly focused on positive re-enforcement training techniques and animal behaviour and strives to maintain a stress-free clinic for patients.
