Dr Emma Gumz

Emma graduated from the University of Queensland in 2015 and recently joined the primary care team at the UQ Small Animal Hospital. She grew up in Ipswich and has worked in small animal general practice in several clinics across Brisbane since graduating. Emma has developed a keen interest in building client relationships, managing medical cases and most recently, a growing passion for the education and development of final-year veterinary students. 

Her favourite breed of dog is the boxer and her favourite feline is the sphynx!
