Elisa graduated from the University of Queensland in 2018. She returned to her hometown of Brisbane to find her feet in small animal general practice, and after a steep learning curve working as the sole veterinarian in her first practice she quickly moved into a lead veterinarian role.

Elisa returned to UQ’s Small Animal Hospital in 2021 to pursue her passion for teaching and continue to develop her skills in our specialist hospital environment. She has worked in emergency practice and is now part of the hospital’s Primary Care department, where she loves having the opportunity to get to know her patients and support them through every stage of life.

At home Elisa enjoys spoiling her cat, Tigger. Her key medical interests include dermatology and behavioural concerns, especially for feline patients.
